• Arrival at Djerba, transfer to the desert departing from the base camp to reach Tembaine, within the Great Erg, whose name in Berber means "the mountain seen from afar," characterized by its flat top.
• It is the only one and rises in an ocean of dunes.
• It is one of the most interesting and charming places around Douz. The circuit lasts 8 days, with 6 nights spent in the desert, one overnight in a hotel, and the return to Djerba airport.

Circuit Bir Tumbaîn - Tin Eswan - Lago Caldo - Bir Tumbaïn

The circuit consists of 3-4 hours of hiking per day, morning only.

• The tour includes arrival in Djerba and a transfer into the desert, departing from the base camp. The journey takes you to the central part of the desert, passing by the Tumbaïn mountain, and reaches the hot lake, fed by a thermal spring where you can bathe.
• The lake was discovered while drilling an oil well, and a hot spring was found instead, where you can immerse yourself and relax.
• The circuit lasts 12 days, with 10 nights spent in the desert, and the return to Djerba airport.

12 DAYS CIRCUIT

The circuits include transfers from Djerba to the desert, departing from the base camp. They last 12 days with 10 nights spent in the desert, requiring approximately 5-8 hours of walking per day. You'll see the desert mountains on three different itineraries, admiring the splendour of the great Erg, and will conclude with a return to Djerba airport.

• The first: Bir Abdalah - Bir Tumbaïn - La Source Chaude/lac - Bir Tumbaïn with a visit to Tumbaïn Mountain and a stop at the hot spring.
• The second: Bir Abdalah - Lakhwezat Erecha Lake - Bir Timbaïn - Bir Abdalah with a stop in the middle of the circuit at the hot lake, a visit to several water wells, and Tumbaïn Mountain.
• The third: Bir Tumbaïn - Bir Azat - Sidi Mohamed Es Slaï with visits to several water wells and a visit to the marabouts.

This is a physically demanding 18-day tour, including 16 days spent in the heart of the desert.

It requires approximately 6-8 hours of walking per day.

• Landing in Djerba, transfer to the desert, departing from the base camp in the Petit Erg.
• With the help of dromedaries, you will reach the Grande Erg, where guides will lead you to the most remote places of the Sahara, following some of the longest trails recognized by the tourist board.
• You will visit Aouinet Rajah - Bir Abdallah - Tim Baïn - The Lake - The Great and Small Dekanis - Ksar Khilane In the middle of the circuit, you will reach the hot lake, where you can soak and relax in its hot spring.
• You will cross the Dekanis plain and arrive at the Oasis of Ksar Khilane, known as the southernmost of Tunisia's oases and one of the gateways to the Sahara Desert, rich in palm groves and hot springs.
• The tour concludes with the return to Djerba airport.

21 DAYS CIRCUIT

This circuit consists of approximately 6-8 hours of walking per day, partly on camelback. You will cross the dunes of the entire Grand Erg Oriental.

• From 7 to 14 people: €1,650 per person

• The circuit is similar in organization to the third, except that it will take you into an even deeper area of the Grand Erg.
• The stops will be Nefta - Bir Azat - The Lake - Bir Aouine - Dakhlet Salama - Borma - Bordj El Khadra.
• You will trek through the steppes, plains, and dunes of the entire eastern Erg of the Tunisian desert.
• Return to base camp and return to Djerba airport.
